The Albany Creek Masters Swim Club (affectionately known as "The Ducks") was founded in 1998.

The club meets regularly on Sunday mornings at the Albany Creek Leisure Centre. We usually start at 7:00am during the summer months but during winter (around 1st June) we start a bit later at 7:30am. We swim all year round and the pool is heated to 26C.

We have around 50 financial members and regularly get around 20+ members turning up for the Sunday session.

We run a swim meet each year, usually in the first part of the year and usually attract around 200 swimmers to the meet.

We also like to travel and participate in other swim meets in the Brisbane area and support the other Masters clubs where possible.

The club is affiliated with Queensland Masters Swimming, Masters Swimming Australia and FINA.

A General Meeting is held on the 1st Sunday of the month at 7:00am. All members are encouraged to attend and be involved in decision making. Meetings generally last between 30-40 minutes, so the swim session starts at the conclusion of the meeting.
